Product Management
Position Key Responsibilities
The Fleet Manager tribe Product Manager is responsible of building great mobility products for Fleet Managers by leading effectively his/her Tribe.

Execute our Mobility Product Strategy for the Edenred Mobility organization.

Contribute to defining the product vision for Edenred European Fleet Manager online platform.

Design the Tribe product roadmap and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholder, including engineering, marketing, customer excellence and sales.

Prioritize product solutions to maximize business impact at lowest development cost.
-
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration.
-
Deliver high quality product specifications through strong collaboration with business, tech and product design teams.

Create and demonstrate a strong understanding of users and customers’ needs.

Conduct market and user research, identify opportunities, prioritize features development

Work closely with product owners to manage delivery. Be an owner of the quality of what they are building.

Monitor and optimise results through data analysis and feedback; iterate and improve.

Identify key internal stakeholders (Customer Excellence, Sales..) and build strong relationships with them.

Communicate company wide on the milestones achieved.

Be a team player within your tribe and within a Cross-European product organization.

Be accountable of results to achieve with a positive mindset, finding solutions efficiently and taking concrete decisions to move forward.

Required skills & profile

3-5 years work experience in a similar product management function in an innovative companies (startups, scale-ups, or any tech-driven company)

Education: Master or Bacherlor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Information Techology

Proficiency in the use of:

Agile Product management frameworks

Building a product strategy
-
User Research methodologies

Priorisation frameworks

Product tools: Atlassian suite, Figma, Product Mgmt software

Demonstrating:
