Your Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead and manage our Pro trading platform & experience. This role involves overseeing the existing Alpha product, driving its continuous development, and ensuring it meets the needs of our Pro trading segment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, trading, product, compliance and a proven track record in product management within the trading or financial technology sector.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of product management experience in crypto or spot trading.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and crypto industry.
- Passion for cryptocurrency, investments, and/or trading.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project completion under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Capacity to successfully translate problems into actionable solutions by leveraging user research, quantitative data and prioritization frameworks to shape a compelling Product vision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sufficient technology knowledge to work with developers and other team roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish to collaborate with business and technical areas.
- High capacity to solve and analyze problems with attention to detail.
- High level of responsibility and ability to work autonomously and independently.
- Experience working with agile development practices.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment and to navigate under uncertainty

- Previous experience in Margin Trading, Futures, or PERPs
What You Will Do
- Strategy Development: Work with product leadership & markets team to craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and user needs.
- Product Ownership: Take full ownership of Pro trading products, channels, and initiatives. Lead from ideation through launch, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Research: Conduct user research, market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, platform, data science, UX/UI, legal, compliance, markets, listing and compliance teams to develop & grow our presence in the Pro trading segment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in
