Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven product manager with previous experience in supply chain technologies and data pipelines. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the product strategy and roadmap, driving the definition and delivery of product releases, and managing the full life cycle of our integration product portfolio.

As a Product Manager, Integrations you will work closely with sales and Fortune 1000 shippers to understand market needs, define requirements, package features into product releases and manage Agile product backlogs. FourKites is known for being highly innovative and responsive to our customers’ needs. You will be expected to work in a highly collaborative manner with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience, customer support, and our engaged customer base.

• Help define and execute our strategy to drive innovation and efficiency across our customer facing connectivity platforms
• Manage the roadmap for our integration products and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results
• Work closely with operations, customers, partners and other stakeholders to identify, design, and implement changes that result in improved usability.
• Identify key drivers of engagement and pain points in the process to increase activation and decrease the time of onboarding to FourKites for our customers
• Execute on both a strategic and tactical level, with the ability to develop a well defined business and operational plan to achieve desired objective
• Set your engineering team for success by collaborating closely with them in sprint activities, providing them with relevant user stories, and guiding them in the estimation
• Clearly present your findings and recommendations from experiments to executives and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of direct experience in Product Management
• Demonstrated experience shipping SaaS products (concept to launch). 
• Have a deep understanding of data lifecycle management and data management platforms and products.
• Have exposure / experience on data integrations with external systems and comfortable talking about APIs
• Preferably worked with or has exposure towards Transportation Management solutions like Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP, MercuryGate etc.,
• Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed management environment
• Understanding of logical and physical data modeling, data architecture, data taxonomy, and both structured and unstructured data.
• Demonstrated ability working with technical teams in an Agile environment to rapidly produce iterations
• Experience working in Logistics, warehousing or supply chain 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in building strong relationships with engineering, product, customers, partners and the executive team
• Passion to work in a fast-paced startup environment
