Own the Over-the-Road visibility product portfolio across truckload, LTL, parcel, and last mile. Analyze adoption, engagement, retention, tracking quality, and ETA accuracy using SQL and product analytics tools. Conduct customer discovery, prioritize roadmaps, build AI-assisted prototypes, and partner with engineering, design, customer success, sales, and marketing to ship measurable product improvements.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, partners, and consultants. Research, troubleshoot, replicate, and test product issues; track incidents and provide resolution updates. Own and scale B2B demand generation programs that convert target accounts into qualified pipeline. Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, nurture campaigns, content syndication, webinars, paid placements, and campaign planning. Develop integrated marketing strategies, optimize budgets and targeting, draft campaign content, monitor pipeline and ROI, and collaborate with sales, marketing operations, agencies, and corporate marketing leadership. The role requires independently executing campaigns while improving reporting, processes, and messaging.

Manage enterprise customer relationships to drive product adoption, usage, retention, satisfaction, and expansion. Serve as a strategic advisor, establish customer goals and KPIs, conduct executive business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, manage escalations, and advocate for customer needs internally. The role also includes customer training, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional travel for customer engagements.

The Product Manager will oversee the Inventory & Orders module, handling product specifications, customer feedback, and integration requirements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Build, deploy, monitor, and retrain machine learning models for ETA forecasting, status extraction, and logistics automation. Develop regression, classification, time-series, NLP, and LLM-based solutions using noisy supply chain data. Own production ML pipelines, diagnose offline-to-live performance gaps, and measure business impact. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams while mentoring data scientists and making architecture and build-versus-buy decisions.

Sell supply chain and logistics SaaS solutions to Fortune 1000 customers, managing 15–25 strategic accounts. Responsibilities include exceeding quota, acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, developing account strategies, mapping stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional go-to-market efforts, communicating value, managing pricing strategies, collaborating with customer success teams, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

Own product outcomes for OTR & Core Visibility: track adoption KPIs, analyze usage with SQL and analytics tools, engage customers for discovery and onboarding, prioritize backlog, collaborate with engineering/design/data science, and ship features that improve adoption, retention, and customer experience.

Own day-to-day product execution for an Inventory & Orders module: write detailed specs and acceptance criteria, synthesize customer discovery into prioritized backlogs, define integration/data requirements, partner with engineering, solutions, and customer success to ship and roll out features enabling proactive supply chain decision-making.

Build and maintain Java backend services and end-to-end features (backend and frontend). Design data models and DB schemas, integrate with frontend, perform code reviews, troubleshoot, deploy with DevOps, and collaborate with US teams and partners to expand the supply-chain platform.
