As Product Manager of the Service Level team, you will be responsible for defining the strategy on how to improve the value proposition for Zé + TaDa Delivery consumers through products that solve the pain points of our sellers and delivery people on this journey, ensuring the scalability of all operational processes.

You will work closely with operations, growth, cx, and cross-functional tech teams. Your role will involve a deep understanding of long-term objectives and our operating models, and you will be responsible for validating hypotheses that ensure a product strategy aligned with our overall business strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and own the service level product strategy, understanding the business objectives, initiatives, and expected outcomes, and leading multifunctional teams.
  • Being a driver of product culture in our company, maintain a continuous agenda of learning and validating hypotheses that can boost our business.
  • Capable of obtaining data (SQL) to guide analyses and decisions in validating hypotheses, as well as monitoring the long-term impact of deliveries.
  • Be able to visit stores, and conduct market benchmarks and user feedback sessions to identify new opportunities as an ongoing agenda.
  • Being open to changes in a business that is constantly evolving, responding quickly with continuous learning, and adapting the roadmap to the best opportunities.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure alignment across the product roadmap.

What you'll need:

  • Background in product management methodologies, preferably with experience in last-mile delivery apps
  • Ability communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English, Spanish is a plus.
