What You'll Do
Ignyte is looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help build a new type of consulting company. Our Product Managers are passionate about creating innovative solutions across various industries that address critical business problems using the latest digital technologies. You will be challenged as you will play a key role in consulting and leading low-code application implementation projects to successful completion.
As a Product Manager, you will be overseeing our solutions lifecycle, from understanding our clients' needs, to product development and testing, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Your role is pivotal in driving business growth and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Graduate degree not required but a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in a business or technical role
- Ability to create high-quality presentations, models, and analyses, and other deliverables and present them to clients and upper management
- Ability to leverage attained knowledge to develop creative and innovative solutions that address client’s business problems
- Ability to assist in proposal writing for business development opportunities as requested
- Ability to set, manage and meet expectations and deadlines
- Experience in designing use cases, categorizing requirements, and creating functional and requirement specifications documents
- Possesses strong ability to develop and manage work plans to address client requests and tasks
- Experience leading small to medium teams by example to achieve project goals and complete major deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with colleagues and executives alike
- Hard working, self-motivated individuals who are comfortable handling ambiguity and able to successfully complete tasks within deadlines with limited supervision
- Creative, “big picture” thinking while maintaining a keen attention to detail
- “Big 4” consulting experience, product management and/or a technical background are a plus
