About the role  
 

The Product Manager will own the strategy and performance of Packsize’s  accessories and consumables portfolio across Europe. This role combines corrugated industry expertise, product management leadership, and commercial strategy, working closely with Sales, Solutions, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, and global Product Management teams. 
 

What you'll do  

  • Own and develop the European accessories and consumables portfolio, including the largest product, corrugated. 

  • Develop product pricing, positioning, and commercialization strategies. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, product adoption, and portfolio efficiency. 

  • Manage product lifecycles, including new product introductions, improvements, and rationalization. Partner with Sales and Solutions to identify the right products for the portfolio  

  • Work with Supply Chain and Procurement on suppliers, cost reduction, lead times improvement, and product availability. 

  • Gather customer and market insights to guide product strategy. 

  • Collaborate with North American Product Management to standardize the global portfolio. 

 
What you'll need  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 

  • Strong knowledge of the European corrugated industry. 

  • Experience managing products, categories, or portfolios. 

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills. 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Fluent English and willingness to travel within Europe. 

 
What's nice to have  

  • Experience with other packaging accessories, consumables, or packaging materials. 

  • Ability to speak Dutch or Germany 

  • Experience with packaging machinery or automation. 

  • Experience with pricing, product commercialization, or portfolio optimization. 

  • Experience working in a global or multinational organization. 

  • Experience with European packaging markets.
