Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. seeks a Product Manager in Boston, MA to collect, analyze, extract, and interpret complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources to produce actionable business insights. Identify data patterns, trends, and anomalies to support development of automated aggregation and transformation rules. Perform reverse engineering of calculation samples to understand, validate, and replicate client specific methodologies and requirements. Elicit, analyze, document, and translate functional and technical requirements. Conduct gap analysis between current system capabilities and target business objectives to recommend feasible solutions. Develop and execute test plans to validate that system changes meet business and technical requirements. Identify, analyze, and support resolution of system defects to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and functional integrity. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and resource estimates. Identify risks and contribute to mitigation strategies, including data migration and deployment planning. Provide implementation support during production deployments, including system configuration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, system functionality guidance, and operational readiness. Analyze business processes and system configurations to identify opportunities for operational improvements. Remote work permitted 2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or closely related quantitative field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires 5 years of experience in advanced data collection, analysis, and interpretation; production data query and validation in SQL; data transformation, cleaning, and validation from raw data into accurate structures formats, including checking for exceptions and inconsistencies; automated data processing and workflow management; and functional and technical requirement gathering and testing. BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated salary range for this role is $122,311 - $150,000, which is specific to Boston, MA and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Salary Range

$122,311 - $150,000
