About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to drive the next wave of innovation on the Lema AI platform, and help define what world-class AI-driven TPRM looks like and build it from the ground up.
This is an opportunity to shape an emerging category, work directly with senior enterprise stakeholders, and see your decisions influence both product and company trajectory.
What You’ll Do
- Own new product areas end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to launch and iteration.
- Engage senior customers by leading discovery and roadmap reviews with VPs, CISOs, and key decision-makers.
- Translate insight into action by turning complex challenges into clear, data-backed product decisions.
- Partner across functions by collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Champion go-to-market success by enabling Sales and Customer Success with positioning, messaging, and product narratives that win.
- Develop deep domain expertise by becoming the internal authority on third-party risk, cyber resilience, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally in a fast-paced or startup setting.
- Proven success building and scaling complex, data-driven products from zero to launch.
- Strong communicator with the ability to articulate strategy and influence at the executive level.
- Experience with AI Agents, autonomous systems, or intelligent decision automation.
- Skilled in leveraging analytics, BI tools, and qualitative insights to drive prioritization and measure success.
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical or user problems into actionable product requirements.
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and customer value.
- Background in Cybersecurity, GRC, or Third-Party Risk Management - Huge advantage.
