Own the B2B SaaS customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Drive platform adoption, technical enablement, integrations, workflow configuration, and value realization. Coordinate external finance partners, oversee SOC 2 readiness and audits, manage vendor agreements, and proactively resolve operational issues across the organization.

Own the enterprise customer support queue from first response through resolution. Investigate issues using logs, data, SQL, REST APIs, and integrations before escalating. Manage customer data migrations, create help-center content and workflow recordings, conduct training sessions, and proactively monitor the observability stack. The role requires strong written communication, technical troubleshooting, ownership, curiosity, AI fluency, and comfort working with US-based customers during evening hours.

Conduct end-to-end security research into how vendors expose customers to attack. Discover and validate attack paths using real data, evaluate security tools and data sources, shape AI risk-agent logic, build research tools, and partner with engineering to turn findings into product capabilities, detections, or published research.

Build and own Lema AI’s go-to-market technology infrastructure, including AI workflows, automations, internal tools, integrations, CRM and revenue systems. Develop dashboards and reporting, optimize commercial operations, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to remove bottlenecks and accelerate growth.

Join an early engineering team to own backend architecture and build scalable microservices, event-driven systems, and real-time data pipelines. Lead end-to-end feature development, improve developer workflows, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure to deliver production-grade, observable systems.
