Promote and maintain workplace safety by enforcing protocols, conducting trainings, audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Track training and performance metrics, support corrective action plans, and collaborate with operations, EHS, HR, and safety teams to improve facility safety and compliance.

Lead quality assurance and QMS improvements across multiple manufacturing sites. Develop policies, audits, inspection and testing plans; drive SPC-based monitoring, root cause investigations (8D, 5 Why), corrective actions, supplier quality, and cross-functional process improvements to boost product consistency and customer satisfaction.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to a business unit, driving workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, HR policy compliance, and process improvements. Advise leaders, support hourly and salaried employees in a manufacturing environment, and champion HR programs to improve engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Partner with managers to drive HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, performance management, training, compliance, and organizational development. Provide HR guidance, support program adoption, assist with recruitment and onboarding, lead employee meetings and trainings, and act as a change agent to help departments achieve goals.

Design and redesign commercial HVAC products, prepare bills of materials, oversee prototyping/testing and production release, coordinate with sales/marketing/manufacturing, evaluate materials/vendors, support certification (AMCA/UL), mentor team members, and improve documentation and manufacturability.

Lead and manage systems-related business process improvement projects across manufacturing units. Define current and future processes, translate requirements to system specifications, coordinate with Corporate IT and programmers, provide technical troubleshooting and training, develop dashboards and data pipelines, and embed AI/analytics tools to improve quote-to-cash and operational throughput. Mentor analysts and may supervise support staff while ensuring compliance, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.

Assemble and crate finished HVAC products using blueprints and pneumatic tools; read unit assembly drawings and electronic schematics to install components; operate hand/power/air tools and production systems (SAP, MII); perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, standing) on 2nd or 3rd shift; pass drug screen and background check.

Maintain facility safety and compliance by conducting audits, inspections, training, incident investigations, and hazard assessments. Track training and safety metrics, implement corrective action plans, and collaborate with operations, EHS, HR, and Safety teams to improve plant safety culture and sustain solutions.

Prepare journal entries, lead balance sheet reconciliations, and produce GAAP financial reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, capital expenditure tracking, cash management, internal controls, and audit activities. Provide financial analysis and process improvements while partnering with corporate functions and mentoring new team members.

Optimize factory costs, quality, and delivery by developing and implementing manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, plant layout, and lean improvements. Lead projects, mentor team members, support production troubleshooting, safety, 5S, and Lean initiatives, and coordinate capital expenditures and cross-functional integration to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Act as a technical partner to sales, supporting complex/custom commercial HVAC applications. Troubleshoot field issues (including onsite), produce design input, drawings, submittals and pricing, analyze bids/specs, lead trainings, drive strategic account growth, monitor market/competitors, and lead cross-functional initiatives. May mentor or supervise others and apply industry codes and standards to ensure compliant solutions.

Manage full life-cycle recruiting across the organization: source, screen, interview, assess, and extend offers. Partner with hiring managers and HR to design recruitment strategies, maintain ATS processes, ensure AAP/EEO compliance, improve candidate experience, and communicate hiring updates. Lead recruitment campaigns, troubleshoot ATS/process issues, and research labor market trends.

Lead financial analysis for Custom Air Handling Unit operations: manage monthly close, budgeting/forecasting, manufacturing cost accounting (labor, materials, WIP), variance analysis, pricing support, capital investment evaluation, and build SAP/Excel-based models and dashboards to improve profitability and operational performance.

Outside sales role managing an established Northern Illinois territory. Build and grow customer relationships, drive new business, provide HVAC and mechanical solutions, prepare quotes using CAPS, partner with engineering and inside sales, attend trade shows, and travel throughout the territory to meet revenue targets.
