Responsibilities: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Leverage subject matter expertise and customer engagement to specify the outcomes and priorities for product investments by agile development teams. Apply technology expertise in collaboration with the team to craft the product experiences that meet those investment outcomes. Lead the ongoing agile process of the scrum teams, utilizing agile software planning tools, and ensuring that development work meets the investment outcomes. Build partnerships with Experience Design team and stakeholders to refine and communicate overall product strategy to engineering, product leadership, and customers. Understand product usage trends through qualitative and quantitative analytics methods in order to inform product investment decisions. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Telecommuting is permitted.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business/Data Analytics or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a product/application analyst-related occupation. Special Requirements: Position requires at least four (4) years of experience in each of the following skills:
Utilize knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools to participate in sprint planning with engineers for feature prioritization
Utilize knowledge of feature development process and tools, APIs and coding to collaborate with engineers on feature development and testing
Utilize knowledge of API integrations and documentation to identify and develop product integrations and automations with development teams
Position requires at least two (2) years of experience in each of the following skills:
Utilize knowledge of subject matter expertise in Wireless communications and Internet of things to plan, develop and execute the overall product/segment strategy.
Utilize knowledge of IoT/OT to participate in technical discussions with engineers for product roadmap planning
Utilize knowledge of market analysis techniques such as target market analysis, competitive analysis and SWOT analysis to conduct market and competitor analysis
Utilize knowledge of research techniques, user interviews and concept testing techniques to conduct user requirement analysis for product feature development
Utilize knowledge of product, customers, market and marketing techniques to participate in product and feature launches in collaboration with Marketing teams

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $166,421 and $195,000 /year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
