Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Capabilities - Channel Utilities team. This team owns critical authentication and customer access capabilities that enable secure, seamless experiences for millions of commercial clients across Wells Fargo's digital ecosystem. As a product leader, you will help shape the future of authentication, authorization, identity, and access management by driving modernization initiatives, platform consolidation efforts, fraud prevention capabilities, and third-party integration strategies.
This is a highly visible role for a well-rounded product manager who enjoys operating across business, technology, cybersecurity, risk, and customer experience. You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, fraud, and enterprise stakeholders to evolve a unified authentication platform while balancing security, scalability, client experience, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will:
  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives for enterprise authentication and customer access capabilities.
  • Lead efforts to consolidate legacy authentication solutions into a unified platform that improves scalability, maintainability, and client experience.
  • Drive innovation across authentication, authorization, fraud prevention, identity verification, and secure customer access experiences.
  • Partner with technology, cybersecurity, risk, architecture, and business teams to prioritize investments and deliver high-impact capabilities.
  • Own product backlogs, priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans while balancing customer needs, security requirements, and platform risk.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline integrations with internal partners and third-party platforms, creating more efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to identity, authentication, and access management.
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align on product vision, strategic priorities, and business outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert across multiple capabilities, helping teams solve complex business and technology challenges.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years enterprise platforms or shared services experiences.
  • Experience owning or supporting identity and access management (IAM), authentication, authorization, customer access, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or related platform capabilities.
  • Strong ability to navigate between business strategy and technical execution while influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and architecture teams to deliver complex platform, API, integration, or modernization initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery efforts.
  • Experience evaluating tradeoffs among customer experience, security, risk, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience working in Agile product environments.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
