Job Description
This role is responsible for the maintenance of products and accountable at a product level across performance ownership. Additionally, the role holder is responsible to support complete product lifecycle including market requirements, commercial justification, defining, launching, developing roadmaps and customer satisfaction.

- Comfortable leading complex strategic initiatives, working through technical, operational, legal/policy and business issues.
- You will understand how data moves through the system, is captured, stored, visualized, and enriched.

What you'll be doing
- Build, develop, and manage the product roadmap for new features and improvements aimed at delighting and retaining clients for Experian's bureau linked products & services in Singapore
- Support strategic initiatives to achieve end-to-end process excellence in areas of client onboarding, servicing and regulatory/legal compliance
- Manage the lifecycle of Experian's in-house Credit Bureau products and services, driving product enhancements, pricing, positioning, and feature improvements to meet evolving customer and business needs.
- Work closely with Commercial, Operations, and Technology teams to identify market opportunities, define product requirements, and deliver bureau product enhancements that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Raise, prioritize and track requirements to closure while ensuring that it meets the needs of the business.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Assurance Testing (PAT) for product enhancements and releases.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and usage metrics to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement and increased client adoption.
- Maintain product samples, documentation, user guides, release notes, and training materials to support internal teams and clients.
- 3+ years' experience in a product management or business transformation role in a B2B environment; preferably within Credit Reporting industry, FinTech companies, Banks, Financial Service or B2B servicing Banks. - Enjoys a balance of strategic thinking with a hands-on approach - Attention to accuracy and details required - Multitasking, resilient, resourceful, driven, tenacious and possesses good communication skills to thrive in a complex environment - Knowledge of credit bureau, accounting, alternative data or credit scoring will be beneficial
