Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Category Management, Merchandising, Sourcing, Product Management, or Commercial Strategy within large-scale B2B distribution or manufacturing environments.
- Experience owning senior and executive supplier relationships; optimizing portfolio assortments; leading major contract negotiations; and serving as the category source of truth for market, competitive, and industry insights strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate as a category P&L owner and lead through influence at enterprise scale is highly preferred.
- Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
