Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new product development.
- Analyse competitor products, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Research, evaluate, and engage potential suppliers and manufacturers to support product sourcing and development initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure product development milestones and launch timelines are achieved.
- Support product testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure products meet performance, reliability, and customer expectations.
- Identify, document, and track product issues, bugs, and improvement opportunities while working closely with internal stakeholders to drive resolutions.
- Develop and maintain product testing plans, validation procedures, and performance benchmarks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, specifications, and compatibility matrices.
- Ensure all product documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Manage product packaging development, including artwork coordination, serial number labelling, regulatory information, and packaging specifications.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle, including post-launch improvements and product updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interest in electronics and consumer hardware.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the MS Suite (Excel, Power Point)
