A Typical Day
- You will define and own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, translating business goals and customer needs into a prioritized backlog.
- You will write clear product requirements, lead discovery, and partner with engineering and design from concept through launch and iteration.
- You will use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, frame hypotheses, and measure impact.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, operations, analytics, and leadership to align on priorities and communicate progress.
- You will run experiments, learn quickly, and continuously refine the product based on results.
- Throughout, you will champion the customer and keep the team focused on the highest-impact work.
Your Expertise:
- Candidates should bring 5 or more years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing or marketplace products.
- You should have a strong track record of owning a roadmap end to end and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- You must be comfortable working with data, including defining metrics, analyzing results, and using insights to drive decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication is essential, along with the ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across functions.
- You should be effective in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities shift and you are expected to bring structure.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams in an agile setting is required.
Experience with two-sided marketplaces, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or other high-scale consumer platforms is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and product analytics tools is a plus.
Experience working on products that serve millions of users, or operating in international or multi-market contexts, is highly valued.
A background that blends technical fluency with strong customer empathy will stand out.
Key Details

- Pay Rate Range: $95-$125 per hour
