What We're Looking For
As a seasoned Product person, you are good at explaining ideas clearly and thinking in an organized way. You enjoy solving complex problems and creating product solutions that focus on user needs. You are always looking to learn and grow, experimenting and learning from mistakes to better meet user expectations. This role also requires experience working on user engagement and retention mechanics, preferably in mobile apps, where you’ve helped build features that keep users coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with cross-functional teams to improve the product experience and ensure smooth user journeys.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve product offerings based on user needs and preferences.
Use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to make informed decisions and improve product performance.
Manage the product backlog efficiently to increase user engagement and retention.
Define clear product requirements to effectively address user problems and pain points.
Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize product results.
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and contribute to team reporting.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
Required skills
Proficiency in product management principles, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing user engagement and retention mechanics
Ability to work autonomously and proactively, showing quick learning and self-guided progress
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to independently plan and execute small-scale projects
Effective communication skills, capable of articulating product decisions in alignment with business objectives
Good understanding of user research methods and UX principles, including A/B testing
Hands-on experience with discovery processes, idea validation, and launching research or tests
Competence in tracking team progress and identifying areas for improvement
Collaboration skills to work closely with the product team on feature releases and improvements
