Job Description- Develop, optimize and implement the launch Plan of new filler product line
- Engage KOL to ensure strong brand endorsement from KOLs.
- Monitor market trends, competitive environment, and customer insight as well as brand performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional team as well as sister brand synergy marketing resources.
- Ensure the integrity of filler marketing activities in accordance with local, regional and corporate compliance policies
- Effectively development and manage promotional budget to deliver annual marketing plan
- Lead open, consistent and clear communication between sales and marketing
- Update sales force training material and implement the new employee orientation training.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing related majors
- 3 years’ experience in Product/Strategy marketing or business consulting background. Experience in new product launch is preferred
- Team work spirit
- Strong communication skills to cooperate with cross-team functions and drive result
- Proactive and independent attitude
- Good level of English language both in spoken /written
