What You Will Do:
Travel Percentage: 30%- Lead portfolio marketing strategy for the Shoulder Arthroplasty portfolio, including anatomic and reverse shoulder systems
- Develop clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging aligned with surgeon and clinical needs
- Plan and execute successful go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches and portfolio enhancements

- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing to ensure strong portfolio execution
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 4–8 years of experience in product marketing or product management within medical devices
- Experience in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine, with strong preference for shoulder portfolio exposure
- Solid understanding of surgical procedures, clinical workflows, and hospital environments
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and commercialization initiatives
- Strong clinical and technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence cross‑functional teams
