Who
Truleo is looking for an experienced Product Manager to oversee product development and drive the user experience improvements in collaboration with Customer Success, Engineering, and Design. You will be responsible for maintaining Agile processes like Kanban and sprint-based development while working closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems, prioritizing features, and delivering exceptional products.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the CTO and cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap and priorities.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams to enhance user experience.
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Implement and maintain Kanban and sprint development processes.
- Use Jira to write tickets with detailed requirements, track progress, manage sprints, and ensure team alignment on goals.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the product aligns with Truleo’s mission and delivers measurable impact.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful products.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban and Scrum.
- Proficiency with Jira for project management and sprint tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
