PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The effective management of the SH programs on the product line(s) in Iberia

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing the programs needed to launch the products, to promote the clinical benefits and to achieve the annual financial plan and quotas.

  • Build a strong relationship with European HQ & Global to develop marketing and educational programs for market development.

  • Build a powerful information datasource about the market conditions in Spain by soliciting information and feedback directly from our sales force and customers.

  • Identify and analyse trends in the spanish market and respond to field needs through timely development of pertinent information and promotional materials.

  • Give input on geographic forecasts including unit demand for operation planning and revenue projections for finance reporting.

  • Build the correct interaction with the European Marketing Group to accomplish objectives consistent with company and divisional goals.

  • Launch, follow up and track product/campaigns in the corresponding portfolio conducted by Global.

  • Perform Product Presentations.

  • Provide technical support of the corresponding portfolio and assistance over the whole national territory to physicians.

  • Provide support to Sales Team.

  • Market intelligence reports. Analyze competitors devices and maintain updated marketing database.

  • Provide Market information to Sales Department.

  • Ensure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed.

  • Produce Monthly reports on personal activities.

  • To ensure that all EMEA current Business Ethics, Regulatory and Quality procedures are followed.

  • Represent the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity.

  • To report and keep his/her immediate Manager inform about his/her business progress and assisting him/her to be able to build the yearly operating plan.

  • Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies with respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, and expense reporting.

  • Proactively plan their weekly travel schedule and communicate this through the appropriate channels in your country/division.

EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES

  • High School Diploma or University Degree (preferable in science or technical field).

  • Academic formation in Marketing and in social media communication could be an upside.

  • High English level - c1.

  • Proficiency in Powerpoint presentations and Excel environment. Expertise in computer will be highly valuable.

  • Marketing background could be an upside.

  • Working experience in Healthcare company of minimum 3 years, with strong people relational abilities.

  • Very good public-speaking skills.

  • Self-confident person, highly creativity driven to fulfill objectives.
