The role

Join the Public Access team as Product Manager and make an impact that saves lives. In this role, you will shape the growth of our Public Access portfolio and help ensure more communities have access to lifesaving AED solutions. You’ll work across marketing, sales enablement, distributor activation and product operations—empowering teams and partners to drive awareness, demand and sustained adoption across diverse markets.

What You Will Do

  • Develop annual marketing plans that align to commercial goals and contribute to measurable regional portfolio growth.
  • Lead new product launches across ANZ and East Asia, driving distributor readiness and ensuring strong commercial impact.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify whitespace opportunities and inform strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Execute insight‑led marketing campaigns that increase awareness and generate demand for Public Access solutions.
  • Equip distributors and commercial teams with compelling sales tools, training, and product narratives that strengthen portfolio positioning and conversion.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to maintain visibility of the product pipeline and ensure market alignment.
  • Oversee supply planning, allocation and inventory management to support regional product availability and readiness.
  • Manage product operations activities, including pricing reviews, communication of product changes, and escalation of complex product inquiries.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in product management, marketing, or a related commercial function within healthcare, medical technology, or another regulated industry.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Ability to work across multiple countries and time zones, supported by proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing distributor‑led markets.
  • Experience supporting product launches in regulated environments.
  • Additional language capability relevant to East Asia markets.
