What Does a Product Manager, for Product Operations  do at Fiserv:

Embrace the opportunity to lead key functions in the support of Fiserv's growing enterprise merchant business in the role of Product Manager, Product Operations. This isn't just about managing a single product; instead, your task will be to ensure our comprehensive product suite is tuned to meet the requirements of our enterprise clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to harmonize enterprise objectives with operational activities, driving our solutions, partnerships, and services to the market while safeguarding client success across all products. Collaborating with various Merchant Solutions teams, you'll work to refine processes, promote internal efficiencies, drive operational effectiveness, and rally the organization behind our enterprise strategy.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and support an intricate portfolio of products across GBS product areas
• Grasp swiftly the realm of enterprise payment industry
• Comprehend product strategy, technical roadmaps, and associated components to facilitate product commercialization
• Multitask efficiently, transitioning from one project to the next while retaining contextual detail
• Determine the effects of technical changes and product functionality on our clients, translating these impacts into clear, direct communication
• Understand target operating models and the cross-section of product with customer service, marketing, legal, and other functions
• Drive consensus among leadership teams, providing program and working level detail to all stakeholders
• Deliver executive-level reporting, collating complex concepts across diverse business lines into key messages
• Adapt to working across time zones and geographies, and be ready for varying program needs
• Create weekly plans and decks, drive governance meetings, and visualize opaque concepts/ideas
• Identify and track KPIs and key results
• Standardize practices to promote repeatability and efficiency
• Embrace the role of being a dynamic catalyst in a team where the product offering steals the limelight. You're there to spearhead initiatives, but also recognize when it's time to step back and defer to the expertise of various product owners.

What You Will Need To Have:

• 3+ years in product management, strategy, operations, or product delivery
• Experience with collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, Aha, etc.
• Microsoft suite of tools: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Proven ability to work within an ambiguity setting, with excellent problem-solving skills

What Would Be Great To Have:

• Experience working with Payment Products within the enterprise merchant space
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple groups and within matrixed organizations
• Project management practices, reporting, and tracking
• Complex problem-solving capability and a growth mindset

Salary Range:

$77,000.00-$107,200.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
