What will you actually be doing?
- Own and shape the PLG strategy for the product from vision to execution.
- Analyze user behavior, define activation and retention funnels, and lead experiments that drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with BI, Marketing, Engineering, Product Design and GTM teams to create engaging, impactful user experiences.
- Define KPIs and leverage insights to continuously optimize engagement, adoption, and product value.
What should you bring to the table?
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in PLG or B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Experience working with product analytics tools
- A customer centric approach and a love for the user experience.
- Proven ability to design and run data-informed experiments that improve user engagement and conversion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global agile environment.
- Native English speaker.
