We’re looking for a Product Manager with deep payments experience to drive the strategy and execution of our payments capabilities. This role sits at the center of product, engineering, risk, and commercial teams—owning critical parts of the platform that power seamless, transparent payment experiences.
You will define and deliver products across the payments lifecycle—from checkout and authorization to settlement and servicing—ensuring they are scalable, compliant, and impactful.
● Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payments features and infrastructure
● Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals and customer needs
● Build and optimize seamless payment experiences across channels (online, in-store, embedded)
● Translate complex payments, credit, and regulatory requirements into clear product solutions
● Partner cross-functionally with engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and go-to-market teams
● Drive integrations with external partners including processors, banks, gateways, and merchant platforms
● Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform decisions and continuously improve product performance.
● Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and risk standards within the payments and lending ecosystem.
● 4–8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on payments, fintech, or lending
● Deep understanding of U.S. payments infrastructure (e.g., card networks, ACH, authorization, settlement flows)
● Experience building or scaling consumer or merchant-facing financial products
● Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
● Demonstrated use of AI tools in building product prototypes and automating workflows
● Ability to operate effectively in complex, regulated environments
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● Ownership mindset with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
Bonus:
● Experience with BNPL, point-of-sale financing, or embedded finance
● Familiarity with underwriting, credit decisioning, or loan servicing systems
● Experience working with bank partners, processors, or fintech infrastructure providers
