Manage and scale ClarityPay’s process governance system, including stage-two reviews, QA, change control, process documentation, KPIs, cost metrics, and process registers. Design preventive and detective controls, build warehouse-driven dashboards and alerts, perform root cause analysis, and provide control evidence and executive reporting. The role partners with process owners, Compliance, IT Security, and executives to improve operational reliability in a regulated fintech environment.

Corporate Counsel will lead commercial contract drafting and negotiation while expanding into fintech product, regulatory, compliance, operational, and dispute-resolution support. The role advises on consumer lending products, performs legal risk assessments, supports regulator and customer inquiries, develops compliance resources and policies, and manages legal projects. Candidates need at least three years of legal experience, including two years at a law firm, strong transactional experience, consumer financial services knowledge, and a law license in good standing.

Serve as in-house counsel and regulatory subject matter expert for consumer and small business lending. Advise on product development, legal risk, compliance, operational risk, customer and regulator inquiries, policies, procedures, and commercial contracts. Lead legal and compliance projects while collaborating with compliance, customer service, business development, merchants, and vendors. The role supports a growing fintech lending platform and reports to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.

Advise internal stakeholders on financial services regulations, support compliance initiatives, negotiate merchant and vendor agreements, and manage legal and compliance projects.

As a Financial Controller, you will manage all accounting aspects, ensuring compliance with GAAP, lead audits, and oversee financial reporting. You'll also design internal controls and tax compliance while adapting accounting processes as the company scales.

The Senior Data Analyst will lead analytics projects, translating business questions into frameworks, analyzing datasets for insights, building reports, and working with teams to influence strategies.

The role involves developing advanced machine learning algorithms, solving complex optimization problems using reinforcement learning techniques, and leading technical projects while optimizing solutions for operational efficiency.

Lead onboarding and ongoing account management for a portfolio of merchant clients, driving performance, satisfaction, and growth. Act as primary client liaison, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, present business reviews, ensure contractual and compliance obligations, resolve operational issues, and deliver strategic improvements.
