A successful candidate will embrace opportunities to go beyond traditional product management tasks in order to achieve company objectives, demonstrating a proactive 'figure it out’ approach rather than a ‘delegate and wait’ mindset.

- Execute go-live strategy with Marketing, Sales, and relevant stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement with iteration, retrospectives, and periodic product reviews.
- Partner with the Data team to develop and maintain tracking and reporting of KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building platforms to offer Payments networks to customers (RTP, FedNow, ACH, FedWire, International Payments, Visa Direct, Mastercard Send, Merchant Acquiring).
- Experience with business cases and product requirements. Experience with pricing and P&L management is a bonus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in learning financial services industry regulations and best practices.
- Experience with technical product development, commercialization and launching new products.

- 1-4 years of experience in Product Management.
Bonus:
- Successfully implemented Objectives and Key Results, pre and post launch
- Successfully supported Audit requests/activities
