What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Product Manager to help lead the development and management of our partner experience transformation. This role will focus on building products that streamline complex workflows across the organization while also creating a seamless experience for our partners. The ideal candidate will be driven to create efficiency across various business lines, committed to helping the organization become increasingly productive and excited by launching easy to use products for our partners. Your expertise in analyzing user needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering innovative solutions for partners will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with design and engineering to build an innovative and easy to use platform for our partners
- Build and manage internal tools to help drive improvements to the onboarding experience for our partners
- Maintain a product roadmap, working cross-functionally to align resources and deliver on objectives
- Track user needs and requirements, translating them into actionable product features and enhancements
- Drive the implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of new solutions
Qualifications:
- Experience with successfully building and managing customer facing products
- Experience in working with design and basic understanding of design tools (Ex: Figma)
- Experience with writing requirements for engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- 2-4 years' experience in a Product Management role
Bonus:
- Experience with FinTech, API, SaaS Onboarding processes
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other Customer Relationship Management tools
- Experience with JIRA or other project management tools

Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00
