We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, and business teams. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing project timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets customer and business goals.

The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with disciplined project execution, and can translate business requirements into actionable plans while keeping teams focused and accountable.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
  • Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders, customers, and internal teams
  • Write clear product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with engineering and design to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
  • Analyze product performance, metrics, and customer feedback to drive improvements
  • Ensure releases deliver measurable value and solve real problems (not just features)
Project Management
  • Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end project execution
  • Break down initiatives into milestones, tasks, and deliverables
  • Track progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively
  • Coordinate across engineering, QA, design, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure on-time and within-scope delivery
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting for leadership
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
  • Act as the central point of communication between business and technical teams
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and reviews
  • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts when priorities compete
  • Facilitate alignment across distributed or remote teams


Requirements
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or similar roles
  • Experience working with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution detail
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing SaaS, web, or enterprise software products
  • Technical background or ability to work closely with developers
  • Experience with API-based or integration-heavy systems
  • Familiarity with analytics and KPIs for product success
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification (nice to have)
