About the Role
We as a team provide Buy Now Pay Later services to empower our clients to use our services to achieve business goals. We make these features available to other businesses through our partnership with either a set of API services or the feasible Superapp, with an umbrella of services spanning e-commerce, payments, courier services, ride-hailing, food delivery, and other options. You will work closely with Engineers, Analysts, Designers, and Project management to first help build, and eventually fully own new & exciting features, products & services that will allow us to provide access to credit to a huge amount of active users.
What You Will Do
- Build and deliver world-class lending solutions in the lending
- Take full ownership of the product portfolio, conceptualizing, planning, building, and managing end-user experiences related to the product
- Ensure the tech team understands the specifications to deliver a quality product
- Ensure optimal user experience, security & compliance with regulations
- Stakeholder management & collaboration across the region
- Be the voice of the user and advocate for customer-first products while moving the needle on high-impact problem spaces
- Understand the evolving needs and challenges of the consumer and merchants, and tailor the product to meet those needs
- drive product decisions using data analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to achieve measurable outcomes.
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with tech & business teams, with expertise in lending credit systems and functional systems, including but not limited to onboarding flow, transaction system, and 3rd party platform services integration, etc.
- Familiar with the industry's best software solutions
- Knowledge about PDLC and experience at various stages, including testing, UI/UX design
- Good understanding of the lending and back-end system architecture
- Good communication skills are required to communicate with regional stakeholders
- Fluent communication in English is a must
About the Team
You will join a team with multi-location offices and a multicultural environment. The team members are passionate and open-minded. The team's purpose is to Construct and manage an entire set of macro services to support multiple financial businesses.
