Team Overview
The Offers as a Service team owns TransUnion’s global Offers platform, building and scaling a marketplace that connects consumers with personalized financial products across the U.S., UK, and expanding into new markets. The team operates with a startup mindset in a fast paced, evolving environment where product managers drive both strategy and execution. This role sits at the center of a high growth business, working closely with Engineering and cross functional stakeholders to optimize product performance and deliver measurable revenue impact.This role reports directly to the Director of the Strategic Operations division. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for productizing and streamlining systems that power the Offers ecosystem, enabling scale, reusability, and self‑service capabilities across Core, Cloud, and Offers Management
- Work heavily with engineers to drive foundational enhancements supporting both 0→1 and 1→n growth initiatives, including geographic and use‑case expansion
- Identify opportunities by analyzing product performance metrics and drive prioritization aligned to adoption, usage, cost, and reliability
- Author clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and lead initiatives from concept through general availability
- Strengthen platform capabilities to support reliable scale across new countries, partners, and use cases without linear increases in engineering or operational cost
- Improve operational efficiency by learning systems and processes and identifying ways to streamline
- Lead shift from bespoke execution to platform‑first delivery by defining clear standards, reusable capabilities, and guardrails for product development
- Partner with Engineering and senior leaders to shape long‑term product and technical decisions, prioritizing durable platform investments over short‑term custom solutions
- Enable faster, safer innovation across TransUnion’s pre-qualified offers ecosystem through improved data, tooling, and platform leverage
- Drive outcomes tied to customer adoption, revenue growth, cost efficiency, and reusability
Required Knowledge and Experiences
- 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform or internal products that enable consumer‑facing experiences (ensures ability to scale platform capabilities effectively)
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, and/or two‑sided marketplaces (critical for understanding ecosystem dynamics and product tradeoffs)
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to articulate tradeoffs and decisions (required for driving alignment across stakeholders)
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, synthesize incomplete inputs, and drive initiatives end‑to‑end (supports delivery in a fast‑paced, evolving environment)
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus (or equivalent experience demonstrating depth in product strategy and execution)
Required Technical Skills
- Experience using product performance metrics (adoption, usage, cost, reliability) to drive prioritization and decision‑making
- Strong capability in creating structured product documentation such as PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on platform and system enhancements
- Ability to leverage data and analytics for product performance evaluation and opportunity identification

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $112,500.00 - $187,500 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.TransUnion Overview:
