We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s Solutions Platform organization. In this role, you’ll accelerate the strategic growth and widespread adoption of our Notification Platform. Your primary goal is to scale impact across our established core infrastructure to efficiently power over 1 billion annual email communications alongside real-time in-app alerts while spearheading the rollout of vital capabilities like Email Digests.

Use your technical diplomacy, AI innovation, and data fluency to build a high-performing delivery engine that enhances overall communication across a leading SaaS product. This is a rare, execution-driven opportunity to leverage data insights and optimize system performance at massive scale.

What you’ll do

Help onboard tool teams onto the Notification Platform, ensuring their notification events flow correctly into the system
Support the Email Digest rollout — helping customers configure digest summaries instead of one-off emails, contributing to our goal of reducing email volume

Partner with product teams across Procore to help refine their existing notifications and migrate them onto the new platform
Analyze notification and email engagement data to inform prioritization and surface problem areas
Write clear specs, manage a backlog, and coordinate sprint planning with engineering
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2-4 years of experience in product management, technical account management, customer success engineering, or a highly analytical platform operations role.
Demonstrated literacy or strong proficiency in using AI tools to optimize everyday workflows, accelerate execution, or analyze operational data.
Comfort working with data — pulling, interpreting, and using it to make decisions
Strong written communication; able to turn ambiguous problems into clear specs
Interest in platform-style product work — this role is as much about enabling other teams as shipping standalone features
An execution-focused, hungry mindset with a passion for reducing user fatigue and solving complex scaling challenges
Nice to have: familiarity with messaging/communication systems, email deliverability, or Procore's existing tools ecosystem
Base Pay Range:
113,040.00 - 155,430.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
