At Traveler Servicing Solutions, we develop B2B solutions (APIs, Mobile app, WhatsApp) that help our clients create better traveler experiences, increase their customer lifetime value, and build loyalty. In a team of highly motivated Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX researchers, you will contribute to shaping both customers’ and travelers’ experiences.

Major Responsibilities

Opportunity Identification & Assessment

  • Identify and analyze business requirements from customers and prospects.
  • Assess business requirements and provide input to the product plan/roadmap.
  • Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or enhancements.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Development counterparts to recommend priorities and define product release plans.

Requirement Formalization (Scoping)

  • Establish written high-level business requirements and/or document detailed requirements.
  • Share requirement data with Product Owners and agile teams to assess high-level solutions and order of magnitude.

Launch, Delivery, and Product Performance Analysis

  • Provide support and assistance to customers on products.
  • Provide content for product documentation, sales tools, and collateral.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and identify potential new requirements.
  • Monitor product acceptance, product performance, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective action as necessary.

Sales Enablement

  • Give presentations, demos, and training sessions to customers, internal stakeholders, and sales teams.
  • Maintain essential product documentation.

Extra

  • Contribute to the global product strategy and value proposition.

Requirements

Work Experience

  • At least 2 years in Product Management, Product Owner, or Product Definition role.

Education

  • University degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.

  • Strategic thinking and direction-setting.
  • Customer focus.
