Principal Product Definition Analyst

We are seeking a talented analyst to join our dynamic team and tackle exciting challenges in the hospitality industry. As a PDA Lead, you will collaborate with other PDAs to enhance our solutions, manage requirements flow, provide innovative solutions, and adapt requirements to meet product needs.
Our department works with iHotelier, ACRS, and BE4/5, supporting mid-size chains as well as large international clients. In this role, you will define product design alongside the Product Management team, translate customer requirements into architectural choices, and manage projects and customer expectations. We are developing new features for our current solutions while also building new products from scratch with some of our partners.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of relevant PDA experience, familiarity with Amadeus standards and processes, and the capability to lead improvements in a fast-paced, uncertain environment. Additionally, you should be able to support and guide other PDAs within the team.

Your Main Responsibilities
In this Role You Will:

Analyze business requirements from Product Management to define functional solutions.

Build, maintain, and share knowledge of our processes and services.

Size and validate specifications.

Write feasibility studies, solution overview documents, product specifications.

Present functional walk-throughs to stakeholders.

Ensure functional compatibility with other applications.

Investigate and prioritize reported functional incidents.

Review proposed specifications for complex solutions.

Review or advise test strategy/plan.

Interface with Product Management, Project Management, and Development teams
About the Ideal Candidate

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Definition Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.

Proficient in API design, development, and integration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in technical knowledge and ability to guide and mentor others.
