We’re hiring a Product Manager to explore, prototype, and build new product capabilities…using AI and modern tooling to unlock new ways of working across marketing, data, and operations.
This is a builder’s role. You’ll move quickly from idea → prototype → validation, helping determine what’s worth scaling into real products.
You won’t just define ideas—you’ll bring them to life and prove their value.

- Identify and develop new product opportunities across marketing, data, and AI-enabled workflows
- Build prototypes and working demos to validate ideas quickly
- Run experiments to determine what’s worth scaling—and what to stop
- Translate emerging capabilities (AI, automation, data) into practical product opportunities
- Partner with engineering to evolve validated ideas into production-ready solutions
- Stay close to internal users and clients to identify high-leverage opportunities
- New ideas are validated quickly (weeks, not months)

Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $92,500.00 - $120,000.00. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.
Please note that the stated salary range is flexible and negotiable based on individual qualifications and fit for the role. We encourage candidates to discuss their salary expectations during the interview process.
