The Role
End-to-end product owner for MWP processes and customer experience across pre-sales, order, provisioning, billing, support, renewals and exits. Lead product launches via NPI/CLCM, ensure legal/finance/compliance readiness, coordinate testing in billing systems (DBCH), validate pricing/SKUs/taxation, manage OEM/ISV partnerships and agreements, define pricing and vendor settlements, and enable GTM with Sales and Marketing while tracking post-launch performance and margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process & CX Ownership (ICS-wide)
    • Single-point owner for end-to-end process and customer experience across the ICS business
    • Govern customer journeys across pre-sales, order, provisioning, billing, support, renewals, and exits
    • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and simplification
    • Build strong business cases for internal approvals.
  2. Product Launch & Governance
    • Own end-to-end product launch through CLCM sign-off and internal approval forums.
    • Drive strict adherence to the NPI process, ensuring cross-functional readiness.
    • Ensure all legal, finance, compliance, operations, and GTM requirements are met pre-launch.
    • Ensure zero process or CX gaps before launch
  3. Testing & System Readiness
    • Coordinate product testing in DBCH / billing & commerce systems.
    • Validate SKUs, pricing logic, invoicing, taxation, and settlement flows before go-live.

  5. OEM & Partner Management
    • Lead OEM / ISV onboarding and engagement.
    • Create, negotiate, and finalize OEM agreements, including commercials, SLAs, incentives, and compliance terms.
    • Act as the single point of ownership for OEM product and commercial alignment.
  6. Commercial & Financial Ownership
    • Define pricing models, bundles, and discount structures.
    • Set up and govern vendor settlement processes, including reconciliation and payouts.
    • Work closely with Finance to ensure margin visibility and profitability tracking.
  7. Go-To-Market Enablement
    • Partner with Sales and Marketing for product positioning, launch kits, and enablement.
    • Support sales teams with product training, demos, and competitive differentiation.
    • Track post-launch performance and drive continuous improvements.

  4. Products achieve target margins within 2 quarters of launch 
  5. Accurate vendor settlements with zero revenue leakage or disputes 
  6. Sales enabled with clear positioning, pricing, and launch collateral 
  7. Strong cross‑functional execution with minimal post‑launch rework
Experience & Qualifications
  1. 8–12 years of experience in Product Management or delivery or IT preferably in SaaS, VAS, Cloud, or Platform businesses. 
  2. Proven experience managing enterprise-grade product launches with governance. 
  3. Strong exposure to OEM / ISV partnerships and commercial agreements. 
  4. Working understanding of billing systems, settlements, and financial workflows. 
  5. Ability to work effectively across Legal, Finance, Tech, Sales, and Operations teams.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Engineering).
  7. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  9. Understanding of Microsoft products and services.
  10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Skills Required

  • 8-12 years experience in Product Management, delivery, or IT
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-grade product launches with governance (NPI/CLCM)
  • Product lifecycle and NPI management experience
  • Strong OSS/BSS systems and process understanding
  • Working understanding of billing systems, settlements, invoicing, taxation, and financial workflows (DBCH/billing & commerce)
  • Exposure to OEM / ISV partnerships and experience negotiating OEM agreements, SLAs, commercials
