Your mission

GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to join one of our Product Team in Berlin to build tools that help photographers efficiently manage their sessions, from job setup and subject data management to photo capture and delivery.

Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed across 5 countries, by the end of 2025.

As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Product Manager, who works closely with design, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to identify high-impact problems, define and prioritize solutions, and deliver valuable improvements for our users, many of whom are small business owners.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a meaningful impact on a core part of our product.

You will be reporting to Jerome, Group Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze data to understand photographer workflows and needs.

• Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals.

• Translate user problems into clearly scoped and prioritized product requirements.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to build high-quality solutions.

• Measure success through KPIs and iterate based on user feedback.

We are looking for:

• Product management experience in SaaS or workflow-heavy environments

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and user-centric development

• Experience with analytics tools and data-informed decision making

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations with cross-functional teams
