Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Development: Lead product development activities by identifying opportunities, conducting market research, defining product requirements, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Market & Customer Insights: Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to shape current and future product portfolio decisions.
- Product Portfolio Management: Evaluate and recommend product line enhancements, new launches, and improvements based on market and business needs.
- Commercial Analysis & Forecasting: Prepare short- and long-term sales forecasts, market analyses, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Order Management & Operations Coordination: Oversee order entry, validation, and follow-up while ensuring alignment with finance, credit approvals, and internal systems.
- Supply Chain & Delivery Management: Coordinate with planning and supply chain teams to ensure timely production, allocation, shipment, and last-mile delivery execution.
- Risk Management & Operational Monitoring: Proactively identify and escalate risks related to credit, payments, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Education & KOL Engagement: Support and coordinate distributor training programs, educational initiatives, and KOL engagement aligned with regional strategies.
- Centers of Excellence & Event Management: Manage CoE programs and regional training events, including participant coordination, agenda development, and execution excellence.
- Cross-functional Coordination & Execution Tracking: Act as a central coordination point across commercial, finance, supply chain, and education teams while tracking execution and ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
Requirements
- University degree (Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MedTech, medical devices, or healthcare-related industries.
- Hands-on experience in commercial operations, distributor support, education coordination, or similar roles.
- Fluent Turkish and English, both written and spoken, is expected.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (analysis, tracking, reporting).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and reporting.
- Comfortable working with multiple internal systems and digital tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
