As a Product Vice President at JPMorganChase within Payments, Liquidity and Account Solutions Product Development, you will drive delivery of money market fund capabilities as part of a multi-year liquidity platform transformation. You will act as a primary liaison between product owners and technology delivery teams to define clear requirements and enable predictable execution. You will translate current-state behaviors and client needs into a prioritized backlog of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will partner with engineering, operations, user experience, and business stakeholders to deliver agreed milestones with strong quality and risk discipline. You will help ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned to evolving market and regulatory expectations.
This role supports a global initiative modernizing liquidity and account services for large multinational corporate and financial institution clients. The work spans multiple regions and stakeholder groups and requires strong coordination across product, technology, and operational partners. You will help close current-state gaps while defining a clear target state that supports faster product innovation and improved client experience. Success will be measured through delivery of prioritized capabilities, clarity of documentation, and effective stakeholder alignment. Coverage flexibility is required to support United States business hours through 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with occasional extension based on critical delivery needs.
Job Responsibilities- Develop deep domain knowledge of liquidity and money market fund offerings, including client workflows, constraints, and value drivers.
- Lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, operations, and regional stakeholders to deliver committed milestones.
- Analyze existing processes and documentation to understand current-state behavior and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Define target-state requirements using clear artifacts such as epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Own backlog prioritization and readiness by running refinement sessions and maintaining a delivery-ready pipeline of work.
- Validate sprint outcomes against acceptance criteria and coordinate timely resolution of scope and requirement questions.
- Support test planning and execution by ensuring scenarios cover requirements and by assisting with user acceptance testing and defect triage.
- Drive stakeholder communication by translating complex technical, operational, and regulatory inputs into clear decisions and next steps.
- Contribute to operating model and governance improvements, including disciplined risk and control practices and data/analytics ways of working.
- Bachelor's degree and prior experience in a product manager, digital product owner, business analyst or equivalent role.
