The Job
- Become the Marketing lead for Leprechaun, our unmatched lentivirus and exosome characterization tool.
- Be the Voice of Customer (VOC) for your product during development projects and strategic roadmap planning
- Communicate with external stakeholders (customers and prospective customers) about Leprechaun and their related needs
- Work collaboratively across the company, especially sales, field applications and product development
Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate the product’s value propositions to customers and the sales team
- Keep communication open with key accounts and customers for feedback
- Maintain collateral and training material to support the sales process
- Be an active part of decision making for product development projects
- Understand what our customers do, and why, to help the team make good decisions in development
- Determine and prioritize enhancements that would broaden adoption of the product
- Collaborate with Marcom to enhance outreach for Leprechaun
- Present on webinars/virtual seminars and at tradeshows
Qualifications
- PhD in biochemistry/biology, engineering, or related; will consider BS/MS with biopharma experience or previous product management experience
- Comfortable with analytical instrumentation, from past experience as a product manager or an advanced end user
- A self-starter that looks for answers from internal experts, customers, and the competitive landscape.
- Intellectually curious and a creative mindset
- Inbound marketing experience with an ability to be VOC for a technical product highly desired
- Outbound marketing experience, with an ability to work with Marketing Communications to communicate technical capabilities to a product market highly desired
- Travel to tradeshows, customer sites, and other Unchained Labs offices will be required, at least 30%
Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $185,000. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual base salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation
practices. This role is also eligible for our annual bonus or commission program, and
comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs.
