In the Extended Line Team, we're dedicated to providing outstanding value to shoppers and consumers globally. As Product Manager, you will lead unique and exclusive Retail Experiences that captivate and engage shoppers globally across LEGO Branded Channels.

Core Responsibilities  

  • Together with your Core Team you lead the development of exclusive Retail Experiences from idea to launch.  

  • You act as product, audience and commercial expert, creating a strategic-, unique- and purposeful portfolio for our consumers and shoppers across own channels.  

  • You work across the defined operating model incl. handling risks, adhering to project plans, designing for service and aligning with the overall LEGO Development Plan.  

  • During portfolio development you manage the broad stakeholder landscape to ensure an optimized portfolio that meets and balances the success criteria across the eco-system incl. Markets & Channels, Operations and Sustainability.  

  • You also identify marketing and GTM opportunities together with the Marketing and GTM team, ultimately to enhance the unique relevant reach of your portfolio.  

  • You continuously seek ways to optimize your portfolio footprint incl. evaluating the right size, product and packaging composition etc.

Do you have what it takes?  

  • Proven experience in Product Development and Management, focusing on portfolios centered around customer-facing products and experiences. 

  • Strong commercial competence and a genuine passion for optimizing business outcomes. 

  • Driven by innovation, with a curiosity about creating new solutions or enhancing existing offerings. 

  • Experienced in collaborating with major brands to develop unique products and experiences alongside key ecosystem partners. 

  • Experienced in navigating and engaging team members within a complex, matrixed organization with a significant emphasis on collective effort and cooperation.  

  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks—both planned and unplanned—simultaneously. 

  • Solid understanding of the value chain with a global perspective 

  • Strong ability to foster positive relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with internal functional partners. 

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
