As a Product Manager – Learning Management System for Technical Enablement, you will play a critical role in shaping and managing the systems that power PTC's learning and enablement ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving product enhancements, system optimization, and user experience improvements across learning technologies that support global enablement programs.

Working closely with enablement leads, content development teams, delivery management, and business stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions that improve learner engagement, operational efficiency, and enablement outcomes.

This role is ideal for a product manager who combines strong business acumen, technical understanding, and a passion for learning technology innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Roadmap Execution

  • Own and manage components of the Technical Enablement systems roadmap.
  • Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into product enhancements and platform capabilities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Support strategic initiatives designed to improve learning delivery, content management, reporting, and learner experiences.

Learning Systems Management

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for learning technologies and enablement platforms.
  • Manage system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and release activities.
  • Help ensure platform reliability, scalability, performance, and adoption.
  • Support governance processes for learning systems and associated technologies.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Collaborate with Technical Enablement teams responsible for training systems, curriculum strategy, content development, analytics, and program management
  • Engage learners, instructors, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve experiences.
  • Communicate roadmap updates, priorities, and adoption plans to key stakeholders.

User Experience & Adoption

  • Advocate for a learner-centric approach in all product decisions.
  • Analyze user journeys and identify opportunities to improve usability and engagement.
  • Drive improvements that simplify administration while improving the learner experience.

Data & Insights

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators for platform success.
  • Utilize analytics to identify trends, adoption gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Support data-driven decision making across the Technical Enablement organization.

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate testing, deployment, and release activities.
  • Ensure documentation, processes, and support models remain current.
  • Monitor platform health and work with support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational effectiveness.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Education, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, Learning Technologies, Digital Platforms, or a related area.
  • Experience managing business applications or enterprise technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within Agile product development methodologies.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning experience platforms, certification systems, or enablement technologies.
  • Knowledge of customer education, technical training, or digital learning ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with PTC Products (Creo, Windchill, Codebeamer, etc)
  • Experience working in global organizations and matrixed environments.
  • Fluent English required; French language skills are a plus.
