Who You Are:

• You are highly technical with a backend focus, bringing strong experience in crypto, DeFi, and Web3 technologies.

• Ideally, you have a background in engineering, with experience in blockchain development or similar backend technologies.

• You’re deeply interested in staking, DeFi, and emerging crypto solutions, with a track record of hands-on work in these areas.

• You value direct communication, are receptive to feedback, and are committed to continuously improving.

• Adaptable and proactive, you excel in the ever-evolving crypto landscape and thrive on managing complexity.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own the development of core staking products and savings accounts within the Credit Savings (CS3) banking team, working on backend solutions that drive value for users and allow them to grow their crypto assets.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to build technically innovative staking and DeFi products, ensuring the backend architecture is secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices in the industry.

• Lead product development from concept through to launch, focusing on delivering reliable and high-impact crypto solutions.

• Define and track key performance metrics to continuously improve and iterate on the product, ensuring it meets evolving user needs and crypto market demands.

• Develop and execute our staking product strategy by identifying user value, market fit, and technical scalability.

• Participate in regular technical check-ins with leadership, keeping priorities aligned and adapting quickly to new developments in the crypto and blockchain space.

What We Look for in You:

• 3-6 years of backend product management experience, ideally within crypto, DeFi, or blockchain.

• Direct experience with staking products or other decentralized finance solutions, with a strong understanding of the technical infrastructure behind these products.

• Deep technical knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and blockchain technologies, with a proven ability to drive backend development for secure, scalable products.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across engineering, design, and product teams to deliver complex technical projects.

• Self-starter with a proactive approach, demonstrating the ability to take ownership of product decisions and manage deliverables on tight timelines.

Nice to Haves:

• Hands-on experience in blockchain or crypto savings products and a clear understanding of the technology that powers them.

• Familiarity with backend engineering for financial products, particularly those related to staking, DeFi, or savings products.

• Technical knowledge of security and scalability in blockchain product development.
