Job Description

As a Product Manager for Infrastructure and Bridge Systems, you identify market opportunities early and develop tailored solutions for our customers in the international infrastructure business. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and R&D, you drive the market launch and strategic growth of key products. Your focus is on high-growth applications that deliver measurable value to our customers and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the entire product lifecycle in the field of infrastructure and bridge construction
  • Manage products from concept development to market launch, scaling, and ongoing optimization
  • Drive the strategic development of your assigned market segment through in-depth analysis of customer needs, technological advancements, and industry trends
  • Take responsibility for the commercial success of the product portfolio, including active marketing, strategic positioning, and implementation of market-driven initiatives in global target markets
  • Monitor the market continuously, considering standards, regulations, competitor activities, and pricing trends
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Engineering, as well as with external strategic partners
  • Provide technical support for sales activities, including participation in customer meetings and serving as a key technical contact

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or similar
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in infrastructure, formwork, or construction systems
  • Strong technical understanding of scaffolding applications
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker with hands-on mentality
  • Strong intercultural communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 50.400,00 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
