About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly driven Product Manager (PM), with determination, tenacity, and dynamism to lead the development of cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions for digital health care at ResMed. This role is based in Bangalore and will require a professional with a deep understanding of both software product management and healthcare technology, with a focus on transforming patient outcomes.

As part of this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across ResMed, including Engineering, UX, and technology platforms teams, to build and deliver high quality digital health solutions. Your role will focus on leveraging AI to create impactful innovations that enhance the quality of patient care and streamline healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, aligning with company goals and market demand.

• Create and maintain documents for the design of product functionality including

  • Use cases, activity and process flow diagrams

  • Formal process mapping, glossary, data dictionary, non-functional requirement specifications

  • Functional requirements, system interface requirements, reporting requirements, data requirements

• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and clinical teams to deliver comprehensive AI-based products that improve patient outcomes.

• Oversee product acceptance testing and refine product solutions based on continuous feedback

• Proactively navigate through development challenges and effectively communicate progress to ensure alignment across the team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years in software product development/management in a high-growth technology or healthcare company.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or related fields like Engineering or Mathematics with software development experience).

• Proven track record of success in managing product lifecycles. Background particularly in healthcare technology or AI-powered digital health solutions is a big plus

• Strong understanding of web applications, API services, and software development processes.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.

• Communication skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Growth Mindset: Curiosity, boldness, self-awareness, and humility, with the ability to adapt rapidly to new information and embrace challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare startups or AI-powered digital health solutions is an advantage.

• Ability to navigate complex clinical and business scenarios, making strategic decisions under pressure.

• A strong patient-centric mindset, with a commitment to addressing real-world healthcare challenges through technology

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
