As our Product Manager III you will help shape our technology vision to assist hospitals as they navigate the complex healthcare payments landscape by developing products that automate provider-payer interactions. Every day you will use data to identify and validate opportunities, build a business case, and articulate value, including cost-benefit analyses to help the business prioritize projects. You will interact with business managers, end users, and engineers to articulate requirements, product vision, business priorities, feature requests, bugs, and deployment timelines and you will drive development of new features by interpreting business needs, composing user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile environment. To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable interpreting technical specifications, able to explain technical concepts simply for a non-technical audience, and ready to evangelize our products to operational stakeholders to drive adoption.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Product Manager III:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of new features.
  • Prioritize features and stories by balancing stakeholder interests, user needs, technology direction, and product strategy.
  • Mitigate blockers and make tough trade-off decisions between scope and schedule, while maintaining focus on outcome.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with engineering teams to articulate requirements, product vision and business priorities, utilizing Agile practices.

Required Skills:

  • Solid experience with product management
  • Enterprise /B2B experience
  • Prior experience with healthcare

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,500.00 - $104,629.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
