The Product Manager II will manage a software initiative to improve communication between internal teams and streamline internal business operations. They will work with internal end users and a scrum team to improve our products, address new challenges, and drive business outcomes for Aya. They need to be able to break down a complex and technical roadmap into software requirements that iteratively deliver value and also be able to effectively communicate a business-focused vision to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 

  • On-going development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Drive discovery activities – working with business leaders and users, as well as design and technical team members – to create effective solutions that will deliver quantifiable value to Aya and our end users. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to collaboratively realize product concepts and bring them to market.  
  • Effectively engage with stakeholders to align on shared impact objectives, understand their business goals and processes, and manage their expectations.  
  • Produce quality work while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
  • Respond to changing market and business dynamics quickly, with effective collaboration with stakeholders, the delivery team and leadership
  • Support Production Support team with analyzing escalated issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 3+ years of product management experience with internal/enterprise application(s)
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery. 
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), initiative and responsiveness. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $140,000 to $155,000.  

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
