The Product Manager leads the Identity Orchestrator value stream within Thales’ cloud-based Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform. The role defines platform capabilities and roadmap outcomes that enable scalable, consistent identity journeys such as authentication, onboarding, recovery, and step-up flows across products and channels.
Working closely with engineering, UX, security, and go-to-market teams, the Product Manager ensures the Identity Orchestrator delivers reusable, policy-driven workflows that support complex enterprise use cases while remaining usable, secure, and aligned with the broader IAM platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Product Line strategy, value proposition, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to guide product decisions and roadmap.
- Own product plans and roadmaps, supporting lifecycle decision reviews and business objectives.
- Act as a global IAM and identity orchestration SME, supporting sales, customers, and key opportunities.
- Drive adoption of new IAM capabilities across B2C and Extended Enterprise use cases.
- Support and grow the existing customer base, contributing to revenue growth and zero-churn objectives.
- Collaborate with product marketing to position IAM within the broader Thales portfolio.
- Ensure security, compliance, and certifications through close collaboration with engineering.
- Respond agilely to changing business priorities and market dynamics.
- Leverage data and AI-driven tools to improve product discovery, prioritization, and execution, ensuring responsible AI governance.
- This position will require domestic and/or international travel
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management or other customer facing roles
- 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Experience working with 3rd party technology partners via OEM agreements or other commercial arrangements
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to present to and communicate effectively with customers and executive leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or business administration
