The Product Manager serves as a business and product leader for Thales’ cloud-based Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform and contributes to the overall IAM portfolio strategy. This Product Manager will collaborate closely with other product managers, product owners, product architects, UX designers, and engineering teams to define and deliver shared platform capabilities that enhance how the IAM platform is operated, understood, and managed.
You will play a key role on the IAM product management team, with responsibility for the AI Assistant value stream. This value stream delivers an assistive, Copilot-style experience for administrators, operators, and support teams—using AI to analyze platform data, configuration, and events in order to provide actionable insights, recommendations, and guided actions. The AI Assistant helps users troubleshoot issues, optimize policies, understand system behavior, and perform routine tasks more efficiently, while operating within clear guardrails for security, compliance, and trust.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration beyond engineering, including UX design, site reliability engineering, security operations, product operations, customer support, and customer success. The Product Manager ensures that AI-assisted capabilities are practical, explainable, and safe—augmenting human decision-making rather than replacing it—and that the AI Assistant integrates seamlessly with platform observability, administration, and compliance workflows.

- Support and maintain the existing OneWelcome Identity Platform install base globally, by delivering high priority feature requirements in support of a zero-churn objective.
- Assist the sales and customer success organizations to grow the IAM customer base while meeting or exceeding established annual financial targets.
- Create and drive implementation of a product strategy for the successful adoption of new product capabilities related to both B2C and Extended Enterprise (Workforce, partners) value propositions, through an understanding of the complex security and user experience requirements of mid-to-large sized enterprises.
